This is something I cannot figure out. I recently removed the file I had uploaded for my avatar, which had previously uploaded flawlessly. But when I tried to re-upload it, I got this error:
 
I have made sure that the file I am attempting to upload has all the necessary requirements, but I still keep getting this message.
Any particular reason why this would be happening?

I cant even click the button "Upload Custom Avatar" It just doesnt work for me either for a long time. If I remove my custom avatar then I would be forced to only use the ones already there.

I agree, for the most part, but it is input. Now we know that our problem isn't a bug that the whole site is experiencing.
I just checked, and it still says "Sorry, the file already exists!".
Not really sure where to turn at this point.

Well that means someone else is using the avatar you are trying to upload. Here is what you should do. Open the avatar in paint. Click on a color that matches with the shell and make a little line where it matches. Then save and try again. I hope this helps.

That can't be true, because I was using that avatar seconds before it started giving me that message.

I believe it may be an error with removing the previous file that was uploaded as your avatar. That's the only logical explanation.
Problem is, I don't know how to properly remove the previous file.

When I click the browse button nothing happens. So it would be pointless to change the file name because I cant even get to my files..

Try clicking the button right where it says "Browse" or just under. That's the only place it lets me click it at least.
