Hello there, I have been thinking of going Pro and I want to do it with Paypal since I'm going for the 200 + 20 credits I have to pay 10 dollars wich is 150 mexican pesos (yeah I live in mexico). So my question is that if there is going to be an extra charge for being in mexico like instead of 10 dollars like 11.50 or something like this. If someone could answer it would be nice :P

Don't think so, paypla is an international service so it should work fair in mexico ;)

Paypal converts your money at the current exchange rate, no charges :)

I don't think it is, but Paypal does use some wacky exchange courses.
One more thing, 10 USD does not equal 150 pesos. What you'll be paying is most likely around 140. Depending on which site you're playing on maybe even less
Edit: Just looked up paypal's currency converter. They DO have exchange rates, but they're automatically calculated in your transaction. You'll be paying about 144 pesos instead of the 139 without the transaction costs

Paypal use currency conversion rates lower then what the market is currently trading, this is how they make money from your international transactions as well as charging the seller a fee for the transaction (2.4% + $0.30).
So, what you do is..when your in Paypal with your items ready to pay for, have a look around and there will be a small box to tick to let your bank workout the currency conversion rates.
