I see no bot. He's clearly able to adapt to being on the other side of the map just fine. Well, not just FINE. He's still RETARDED.
Although it doesn't look like you were actually trying, if you were, your aim is terrible. :P

Edit: Well egg, I thought deleting the top message would delete the entire post. Oh well, Contact sent.
1) Item selections don't move no matter the side they're on.
2) You're facing your opponent at the start no matter where they are.
3) He doesn't need to move or add power to his aim because it's his specially designed map so the basic power and aim is all he needed!
4) He's not adjusting his power or aim at all through the entire match. That rouge bazooka was because I ended my turn during the part of the macro where he selects his weapon, thus causing a slight bump.
5) He doesn't even need to aim for his goal, all he needs is the exp at the end of the match.
6) I was half-aiming because I wanted to get him aiming more than my own.
I'm so "rude-itchy" today. x-x; I'm going feel horrible later and end up begging for forgiveness.
Original Post:
Alleged Crimes: Botting with a generic macro program.
The accused: MasterBambi
Evidence Log: (Sped up by 2x)
:l I'll make sure to get another video of only him aiming the next time I see him.
Okay, those are good points. I'm convinced. But…is there actually a rule against this? I don't actually see a rules page. Ultimately it comes down to the fact that he's a terrible, terrible opponent that any newbie can beat flawlessly since this so-called "bot" appears to consist of a drinking bird positioned over the spacebar. Can that even really be considered a bot?

He's creating a false room in where neither side can have any fun and thus is nullifying the enjoyment of Bad Eggs, no matter if a mindless droid could beat him. As for the rule breaking, I sure hope so or I'm going back to cussing like a teenaged mother of two. x-x;
I dunno, man. If "nullifying the enjoyment of Bad Eggs" is going to be a crime now, a lot of people, including myself, are probably headed for a ban over that. All those people who I have mercilessly and methodically crushed like so many crushed, squishy things are have a case over that. Besides, are you SURE neither side can have any fun? I'm pretty sure lots of people would welcome a perfectly predictable, stationary target they can practice shooting up. Can't punish someone for being a perfectly predictable, stationary target, anyway. That's…like half the playerbase. The sad part is, his aim is better than many of the players I've fought. He looked pretty convincing to me, at first!
Either way, I can't find a rules page on it, and if a rule were to be created about it now, you can't punish someone retroactively.

You're trying to compare potatoes and tomatoes; There's a difference from playing the game like a normal person and not playing at all. And we can punish someone for not being there at all, and is in fact using a program instead of just being afk for something that could have been an emergency. Botting is planned while afkers plan nothing.
"Please have a quick gander over the rules. We're still taking baby steps at the moment so expect the rules to change and grow as time goes on." "That's it for now. We look forward to hearing your thoughts."
If anything, this will bring botting into question, as well as all other forms of in game rules.
As for the "can't break something that doesn't exist" theory… I'll be right back. *Goes around cussing, throwing racist slurs, links to hardcore g*y porn, does nothing in battles except throwing a grenade off the screen at the last second to avoid a time reduction, all while I'm using an automated "brute-force" password hacker.*
You're username is Cheatyface, in game, right? Good. ^^;
Those are forum rules. Not game rules. They're pretty boilerplate, as far as forum rules go.
The next question is, of course, "How do you PROVE this?". I mean, we can clearly see this guy is up to SOMETHING odd, but there is still no proof that he is a BOT, as opposed to simply a guy who has passed out face-first over the spacebar, or a lead weight on the keys. It seems clear he has done this deliberately, a clever scheme for racking up a horrid W/L ratio that cost him $5.
This guy's a customer. Do we really want to stop that? At least he actually FINISHES his games. I would rather fight this guy than Mr. Ragequit On Round 2. Granted, I would probably go and seek new prey after a round or two simply because this guy is horrible, but still: He FINISHES his rounds. He can actually HIT something. That's still better than about 20% of the people out there. Sure, he's probably a robot, but what do you have against robots, anyway? That just smacks organic bigotry and discrimination against artificial lifeforms to me.

Yes, "Those are forum rules. Not game rules.", but the logic is clear.
And yes again, "This guy's a customer.", but does that mean If I spend $100 I can ban one person that hasn't bought anything?
Or perhaps does that mean if I hack someone's account does that mean I can get off Scot free, of course it does, as you say, because there are no rules.
Besides, he could be "was a customer", who says he's going buy again?
Edit:
Yes, papers weights totally can switch weapons and skip the results page.
The point remains that while it could be certainly added to the rules, it is not, presently, a rule at THIS time, or in the past, which is when these actions occurred.

Well, that's certainly one thing to consider. On my site, we let people pay $50 to vandalize another user's avatar. I wouldn't suggest banning anyone, simply because a banned player will NEVER buy anything, but…you know, something they could consider.

I… don't know how to respond to that… I am just dumbfounded by that statement.
After all, players do not own their accounts as they are merely guests on Bad Eggs and the accounts are vessels owned by the creators to give access to their services. In my opinion they reserve the right to revoke access at any point in time for any reason they deem fit in their eyes and discretion. It's not a country, it's a game created by them.
I think, if PROVED (important!), botting should be banned in every game, cuz if i want to play against some mindless machine, i'll play some single player…

o.0 How can you not?
He did the same moves, in the same amount of time, every time. Even someone holding down space would have brief time changes between throws. He even presses the continue button on the last screen at the same time every time.
Although he's not a "bot" he is using a macroing program with prerecorded conditions.
(Possibly with Workspace Macro Pro as it's the most common macro program in these types of situations. I love pirate bay. <3~)

He's level 45 and even a noob would adjust his aim, a little at least. And "10%" is being way to generous.
If he is part of the "90%", that means we're letting someone abuse the system and get away with it. And he more than likely would do it again until he's 80. That would be:
-Saying it's okay to bot as long as people take your word on it. (or lack of words as this case is.)
-Allow growth in the cheating community.
You know, if you did do something wrong you'd still wouldn't want to be banned.

Seeing how Rob checks the forums every other day and John checks it once a week I really didn't think it mattered if I posted or sent it, would get checked just as often. At any point, sent. (>< You may have noticed my fail attempt to delete the post because you bonked it into my head I should have done that in the first place.)

Well, what do you have against artificial lifeforms, anyway? And cheating? I don't see the guy as cheating. He's playing by the same rules as everyone else. It just happens that he has imposed the additional restrictions on himself of playing as a moron with the keys taped down. Since as far as I can tell, between level 40 and level 80, you get absolutely nothing, and I don't see him on the leaderboards, it stands to reason that his awful non-skills are not only NOT getting him XP faster than normal players, they're also shitting on his combat record. Since this game operates serverside, it is not really possible to cheat on it barring server exploits. Similarly, you'll never be able to prove this is a "bot" and not simply some carefully applied duct tape. Witch hunts like this are also generally poisonous to the community as a whole.
Bottom line: This guy has not broken any presently existing rule. He has not gained any actual advantage and has, in fact, crippled and permanently maimed himself. If this is what passes for "cheating", then I think this game is pretty safe.
