yes, all done in paint then u hav to add & edit each frame in time loop
1st image is around 60 frames
2nd is 75 frames in loop
then giv diff time for each animataion fast -slow like that.
then u can use soft. to join all ur edited frames or use any online site which dose it for you
both options available to make animation.

when u put ur frames in order like 1 animation per 10-20 frames u give time for speed thats time loop
if u use certain software u will understand.

for moving means joining all frames in sequence i use online sites
google it for gif animation u will find many sites available 4 u ;D
