Report player topic?

Okay yes I know we have report button but I think having a actually topic about reporting players would be nice. Lets say the player was abusing a glitch. You report him in game, how will they see it (unless they record every game into the records which i don't actually happens) we can record a video of the person abusing a glitch or even a hack and post it on the report a player thread just like in BEO1.

What do you guys think?
