I was wondering the spawn's are ok but when you use random maps with platform sometime you'll end up in the worst spawn ever! like under lots of terrain it's pretty bogus if you ask me...
Well if you're under a lot of terrain, you can just teleport out. And your opponent can't hit you there anyway. The reason why they have you spawn a little forward or a little back each game is because in beo1 a lot of people had the aim memorized to shoot someone and get a good hit with a mortar and other weapons like that.

But some people might not have teleport, IE not high enough level because they might prestige a lot. Also, they waste it when they use it to get out of terrain anyways. And boy oh boy do I hate getting hit with motors!

Tele is like level 23 or 27, I can't remember cause I never play anymore but it's mid to high twenties, it can be long if you don't have pro.
If you spawn underground or you have a Multile-Missile and an Air Strike, Death From Above or Falling Elephants, follow this strategy...

It'll help you, nothin' better than attack an enemy under their foots. (Practice mode detected).

For me, it's better than lose a turn teleporting out of there. You shall use it when someone in the enemy's team got make a big hole above of you and get damage you. Then you shall teleport to any safe zone which it's hard to be damaged by an enemy. Or you don't have the required weapons or an enemy teleported to your spawn zone (or you can use the Rambo's strat and kill him :V).
interesting idea

I have used that method not only in spawns but in tunneling underground and then doing it, kinda like you did in this screenshot here. I just used the lightning gun to get under.
