In beo1 you can make pretty much any password you want. Making it easy for shared accounts to be shared. But if there are some password requirements in beo2 then people wont be able to remember the passwords. So this wont completely cut down shared accounts but definitely help the situation

unless plays with multiple accounts then remembering shouldn't be difficult and players can always write accos and passes down to txt-file.

I agree with egg666; it doesn't matter how long/hard to remember the password is; these things can be written down and stored somewhere. You can make things harder for people but they will find ways to work around obstacles

Do you mean that an account should only be allowed to be accessed from one ip address? This could be a good idea; I don't know if it would be easy to implement but it would reduce shared accounts

ip-addy restriction is good idea except unless has static ip then ip can change anytime and if changes isp then ip changes and if there'll be mobile-version then it gets even more complicated.
