Hey guys, as you probably know BEO is having a few issues lately due to the player.io service that BEO uses.
Plyer.io (The ones who host BEO!) are currently undergoing upgrades, which is great for you guys! Although the issue
with the upgrades is that while it's taking place there can be a few issues such as you're seeing now.
There is nothing Rob/John can do from their end other than let Player.io work out their bugs, the issues shouldn't persist too long
and we apologise for the inconvenience.  
 

 The panda is endangered. Save him :(

so far 3 days for those who don't play via BEO and for those who play via BEO game was down ~1.5 days and those who never log out continued playing all that time.

I dont get it. What kind of a server upgrade/ bug fixing takes more than 4 days ?

As I see that BEO is Up and running for BEO account players, My best guess is that non-BEO accounts are lost ! ???

 

If they are intact, let us know when we can expect resolution. the player.io should atleast inform the expected downtime ?

Of course not! The accounts are most definitely not lost!

Yes, Player.io should have given some warning however they are working hard to resolve the issue and
should be back up in no time, in the mean time you guys will have to stick to the main site.

Any word on when this will be fixed? It's a 50-50 chance I can play any games as a guest, and so far 0% as a login user. This is not looking good.. BEO.  I'm sure the people who posted here are not the only ones who are getting upset. Those who have a paid subscription are getting annoyed, and those that haven't…well, let's just say I don't see any new subscriptions coming in while this issue is happening.

We honestly don't know but it won't be too much longer, they're still working hard to resolve their issues.
BEO doesn't offer any subscription services however I'm sure that since BEO has been going strong for nearly two years,
a little bit of downtime is understandable.  

 The panda is endangered. Save him :(
