last 2 days game has lagged alot (w/o obvious reasons) causing booting from matches and today due lag my shooting didn't do any damage to opponent (twice, almost thrice) although shots did damage to ground and hit opponent.

Interesting. Do you have Google Crome? As soon as I got it my computer had less bugs and stuff like that.
(After I got it,my computer was lagging a little bit less.Not to much though.)
I used to play this game with internet explorer, and I had a lot of issues with lagging. Google chrome has cured this, though.

internet explorer is not so good ( lags)
google chrome is fast ( no problems)

today same thing thrice after I used whirly lag started (although once damage did happen and no booting) and timer went full red and in 1st lag match (no lag before that and it started after I used whirly) opponent didn't get damage and after 1 opponent had shot (of course did damage even he got full red timer too) there came connection lost msg (saw it twice today and always after whirly shot, yesterday it happened once when I used grenade launcher).
only thing common is weapon (whirly) used (except in 1 case) and partially map (twice in castle and twice in egg city). everything was ok if didn't use whirly (played few matches w/o probs when no whirly in inventory).

today it happened again in castle and mil camp, in castle-map this time with gas grenade, opponent got 1 damage from gas due lag which started as soon as gas got out and timer went full red and I got connection lost match, in mil camp-map I shot opponent with spray and pray and again there was lag right after my shot and damage to opponent happened ~15 secs later than normally but I stayed in match.
