A lot of people complains about their missing Credits they were to earn from Super Rewards.
This is a robbery for both you, players, the Donkins, and Super Rewards. The supposed "advertisements" (most ads) trick users by potentially harming their computer with deadly viruses and malware such as "Strong Vault" (click on the 1st link in my signature to delete the "undeletable malware"), and robs the Donkins and Super Rewards as the ads are to pay the Donkins and Super Rewards for each use.
The long story short: Fake ads potentially harms players' computers and does not pay the Donkins for each use (I suppose).
Now the steps to earn back the 'stolen credits'. (revenge time!)
1) DO NOT DELETE HISTORY/DATA OR EMAILS RECEIVED FROM OFFERS. Super Rewards may need history, cookies, emails, or any other form of data that is required to check for a valid claim of 'missing credits'.
2) Get on Super Rewards.
3) Without scrolling the screen, find a "Get help" link halfway down the screen (may vary depending on the screen) and click it.
4) If there is a clock symbol on the right of the completed offer, then that means you must wait for the credits.
If there is a "?" symbol, that means you may click it to report missing credits.
5) Enter email and add a detailed description of your scenario.
6) Wait for an agent to view your request.
(If a "Awaiting Response" status appears, further information is required.)
7) Await further instructions if needed.
If instructions ask for a copy and pasted email, search your inbox and copy and paste the entire email received from the offer.
You may or may not earn the credits, as some offers are impossible to check for validness, and some may.
If you are unable to receive the missing credits, then provide the agent's request, or if unable to, do another offer.
NOTE: Not all offers gives rewards, such as surveys that you do not qualify, or some fake offers that may perform a trick, leaving no evidence of your completion of the offer, most likely to harm or rob the user.
WARNING! Do not complete offers that look shady, unprofessional, and/or suspicious!
Do NOT complete offers that require personal data such as names or addresses (why would they want addresses in the first place? -please find a good reason before completing such task)! These has a VERY LITTLE chance to award rewards and may attempt to damage your computer!
EDIT (4/8/13): NOTE!
The Donkins and Super Rewards are not at fault for any damages. If any, the advertisers whom damaged your computer are.
EDIT (8/1/13): NOTE!
Advertisers that claim they may ban your account for not providing legit information are lying; however, this does not give you the right to delay their company's business with invalid information.
IMPORTANT NOTE (8/1/13)
DO NOT EVER PROVIDE CREDIT CARDS UNLESS YOU 100% TRUST THEIR ADVERTISEMENT.
All Super Rewards difficulties can be directed to a Super Rewards official by email, and the public announcement of unsatisfactory isn't necessary.
