How to- Expand Friend's List

Or how about when we level up we would get more friends? Maybe every other 2 or so levels you would get 1 more friend slot. Seems logical to me, since the more you play, the more levels and friends you are likely to get.

EDIT: I would think it would not count for levels past first prestige. So if it were 1 friend per 2 levels, at 80 you would have the starting 10 and the 40 you earned. So that would cap the friends list at 50.
