Spectators

I think that there should be spectating so people can view other games to see how it is.

Yes this has been mentioned before. Just a thought; there would definitely be a lower rate of people quitting matches if they knew they were being watched.

Obviously this is Rob's department so I can't really speak for him but what I do know is that implementing this system would not only be very time consuming (time that could be spent making cool content) but would also reduce the total number if games being played.

Pretty much exactly what Mageg said. It would time-consuming to implement and has all sorts of problems associated with it so whilst it may be a cool feature to have it's not something we plan to implement.

I would love it . But image a tournament game or a super match like me vs rayvel or epic vs cheaty face. U know what I mean?will have like 597756454 spectators and the matches will be unplayable. Maybe if u guys add at least a spectator limit. Like 3 spectators in 3v3 or 6 in 2v2 to dont cause laggs

It's too bad you don't think you would be able to implement it. It would be a great feature. Maybe something to think about for BEO3 down the line.

Yea I kinda thought about this too but I realized also i like having private chats in 1v1s with some of my friends and if there could possibly be spectators watching and that would annoy me.

I imagine having spectators would be an option that would be off by default.
