Thank you for your replay scifen! Unfortunately I didn't receive any email from the offer provider since it's only a mobile survey were you put your mobile number and PIN

Try doing it on the computer. If you don't receive a email that means you didn't complete it right.

I've completed a mobile offer without receiving an email confirmation and I have been rewarded.

But the second offer didn't give me anything
