sometimes when I play as guest I see players asking are there any girls/women and often its followed with question asking non-clothed pics.

I see it all to often, I tell them to knock it off and go to a dating website if their that desparate (or craigslist personals) or I'll disable their chats. I view it as a form of harassment, which it is, in all honesty.
