need notification on toggle chat off/on

need notification on toggle chat off/on
1v1 player have to mention he is going to mute or not going to chat while for some reason
instead if host toggle chat off then its should show to other player"host disable chat"
otherwise another player keep chatting he will feel rude/sad if respond dosent come from host.
because ones you keep chat off there is no way knowing other player taking or not it will much better if each player gets notification on chat off/on.
Ppl want s keep chat off for various reasons there should be notification to other players.

Good idea, I seen this guy talk to him self to a guy who told me he is gonna turn off chat lol it was kinda funny and sad I totally support
