Don't you meant "Forgot Password"?

First at all, make sure that when you created your BEO2 account you didn't wrote an false email or you didn't mistake your e-mail address. If you wrote it right, then wait some minutes (the message won't appear at the moment, it can take some minutes / hours).

There is unfortunately a problem with the forgot password emails at the moment but we are aware of it and working on getting it sorted.
