It's not too hard, but non-pro's can't get over 1000xp a game even if they do all the damage, so it's better to view it as damage > xp earned when it comes to a skill standpoint.

Anytime one does over 300 damage it should be valued as an accomplishment.
In a 2v2 that is 75% of the total possible damage.
In a 3v3 that is 50% of the total possible damage.
This is given if the user plays with 200hp, as 150hp in a 2v2 gives only 300 possible damage, and 450 in a 3v3.

I'll first give an example of doing over 300 damage but not getting over 1000xp in a match

Screenshot says it all, team did a total of 321 damage, and I did 314 of it. Albert got severely piled, like really really badly. I even think he missed his first turn because he was afk. Yet 2 turns fly by and it was up to me to pull in the win. If the other team didn't deal damage to themselves it would of been over 1000 xp, but regardless it is very significant.

I've accomplished the 1000 + xp in a single match a multitude of times, on 2v2 and 3v3. I quickly browsed for and found a few of them...

You can create a 1000xp match artificially, probably... by using several accounts, heal bombs, etc.

Anyway, 500xp non-pro is the same as 1000xp pro in terms of achievement...


EDIT: definitely possible to do without pro: 2v2v2, get all opposing players in the same place, and heal them all four times with health bombs. Total damage = 180 each x 4 = 720, awarded experience = 1080.
Still, this is just as cheaty as doubling your exp by paying

Actually you'd get 4*400 + 100 (you get x2 xp for dealing dmg to ghost too) + 850 (without pro the xp bonus for winning is x2 less then the dmg you dealt, that means with pro it will be the same as your dmg) = 2550

Then there is the heal effect. When everyone has got 3 heal potions and 3 heal needles and 3 bloodsuckers... I think it could be like 4000+ xp for sure.
