RE: Erm....
That happens a lot of time but whatever error and warning it shows at the top of the page, it sorts itself.

RE: Erm....
Congrats on posting your email for the world to see.

Anyway, the source of that error is a spam blacklist. There are some online services that record known forum spammers and put them up for forums to check. StopForumSpam is one of those services. That page is trying to check a list.

Whenever you access an online file, you need to send something called an HTTP request for it. The data itself comes in the HTTP response the server sends you. That response begins with "HTTP/1.1" (indicating it is HTTP) followed by a three-digit number called a "response code" — the most well-known response code by far is 404 ("Not Found").

The forum software expects the spam blacklist to exist, meaning that the server would send a response code 200 ("OK"), which is what it sends whenever a request succeeds. (If you load any website, that server sent a 200.) However, the server sent a 503 ("Service Unavailable") because it is currently down (and it has been so for a long while) — the forum software doesn't expect this, and therefore shows that error.
