The world has always been filled with hatred. I would say parenting has become better today, with out hitting your child and using old fashion methods of raising them. And I still stand by my point that we can't fix it. If you are able to talk someone into changing their attitude, more people will just replace him/her

We certainly will take action with screenshots of serious bullying so please do take those and send them to us if things get out of hand.

We have discussed our options on this in the past and unfortunately the only workable solution that will completely eradicate bullying is to create a restricted chat that has preset options. So you would be able to say things like 'Nice shot!' or 'Good game', 'Thanks', 'Lol', that kind of thing but you wouldn't be able to have proper conversations. This is something we've always hated the idea of because it means punishing the vast majority of players who are kind and considerate for the sake of silencing the few who are abusive. It was certainly not a popular suggestion last time we discussed it.

Oh goodness, please don't resort to that option!

One of my favorite aspects of this game is having a friendly conversation.
I can see why it wasn't a popular suggestion!

I will certainly take screenshots of the serious bullying, and I hope all of the people saying "There's nothing we can do" will stop being lazy and do the same.

We can change our community for the better, all it takes is a screenshot or two and an email.

There are a few things that can be done about this.

1. Just mute the players that say the bad words, swearing.

2. Tell the insulters to go away.

3. If number 2 has a problem, report it.

That's all you have to do!

I don't know why its so hard to do it. Its just life in the game.

I'm sure it's been suggested before, in fact i know it has. But could always add a perma-ignore option. Mute button works just fine, but sometimes bully's come back to harass, that's when you'd have to re-mute or if this was available only have to check their name one time.

An Ignore list would work great but making that will take bout a week to develop and update the game witch will be another day or 2

Considering there already is a friends list in the game, the logic to handle an arbitrary list of users is there; so is the logic to mute messages from some users, since muting already exists. It wouldn't probably take that long.
And even if it did, the game has been out for two years; how is nine more days of wait an issue?
