I have a chicken, it was the chickens turn. Im on app. Its stuck. I couldn't take a shot. Is this a bug, or normal lag.

It might have been your connection, so I would say normal lag.

Also, when people leave games, they create really bad lag.

I may recall this happening to me too actually.

As ocerna said it could be connection trouble..It happened to me too.

I've noticed in the past that, if a player quit the game in the middle of a shot (when the missile is still in the air), the chicken couldn't be controlled on its next turn. However, on the turn after that, the chicken returned to normal. I don't know if this is what you're experiencing, or even if it's still an unrectified bug, but that's all I can offer.
