Why have you posted this on the forum? If you have a problem like this with another user, a better solution would be to resolve it personally with the person in question.

The moderators of the forum aren't going to ban somebody for something they've done on a different website. They moderate this forum, not third-party websites. Regardless, posting the screenshot here is not going to do anything other than provoke people.
