Report glitch

Recently my friend Cuate started complaining about the fact that he cant report anymore.

I said I could but the it went away so I couldnt do it anymore

It would go on and off and on and off.

I dont know the reason, Cuate says maybe he reports too much. But why is mine gone if I dont report at all? Is it supposed to be a glitch or is it supposed to be on purpose.

Did we miss something in the new update? Or will somebody fix it

Actually its not a glitch

Just check wether you have recently prestiged
because if your level is less than 50 {at any prestige} then you will not able to report any user.
this condition helps to prevent reporting spammers

They didn't recently prestige.

I did recently prestige but that doesnt explain why the button goes on and off. And it was gone when i was prestige 3 level like 97

Yes you can't report anyone if your rep below 8 or @ 8. this condition only apply to players who are above level 50.

I can report under 50 just need have 8+ rep
