 Unable to buy credits.
Hello. I bought 100 credits, 5€, with my computer. (I bought 'em Today, 11 o'clock Maybe 11:16AM GMT +2.) And then I back gone back to my account, I didnt saw ANY credits more. (Expect 22, Which I had after 200+200+72 credits.)
How'd this happen? Thanks for the time, Regards Eeliolio. |

Hello Eeliolio,
There are some reasons why you didn't got them or when you will get them : - Matter what payment system you used , some of them needs time to confirm the purchase or you closed the page after you payd the 5E and transaction couldn't finished ! (Happend to me sometime's) - Or you have to wait a while till will get in you're account ,sometimes take a little while but not much ! If you still didn't got them you can speak with John Donkin or Rob Donkin also with the payment system you've been used to purchase you're credits ! Hope this was helpfull ! Kind Regards, Happa

Yes that is better talk with Administrators or the Company you've been bought the credits like : PayPal,Boku etc...
