Yeah the guy followed my lobbies around for a little while repeatedly doing this. I confirmed AmiiRo was with me, but neither him nor I can recollect the guys name.

It was probably your internet connection, if not then there's still no definite proof that he used a lag switcher. It was the game being wierd, or just urs or his internet connection.

@vexis i am not sure there is only 1 guy or anything is happening from user as from some days i'm playing 2v2 and the games automatically get crash only i left alone and all gone it is happens with me in 3 days around 12 times you cannot still say this is happening by some user until you got some authentic proof for that

i never said it was anything specific. I am just telling ya'll what happened. I never said "this guy uses a lag switcher" or w/e. I honestly don't know what was going on, but 4 games in a row, IN A ROW this happened. Same guy, same phrase. And everyone in the lobby would DC. I havn't seen him since, thank goodness.

I wouldn't be so surprised if an actual "lag switcher" (formally called a denial of service attacker) existed, but a bad connection can be at fault just as easily. I guess we'll never know.

@vexis same problem has happend with me but i did not notice about the person who was doing this but at the moment of game we was not feeling the lag but it was happening instantly between game and happens with me yet 20 times and more. lag switcher is could be but there is no way som1 will do this rather i feel this that is going a server problem or maybe some terrafic after mobile version come out.

@ inuyasha bad connection is reasonable answer but it should not be happen more than 2 or 3 time and also there could be reason that user are using virtual proxy that makes so mess and it has no control while i use this in past i sometime get suddenly got dc from lobby and sometime happens alot not i finally fixed this.

A proxy wouldn't have any bearing on this, unless the proxy itself is lagging. Keeping a connection alive over a proxy is rare, though, so I don't know how well it would work.

Currently being in China (and having been here before), I almost always have a proxy running so that I can access my email, google and Facebook. The vpn I use is a free one, which tends to be the least reliable, but I have been able to finish matches on it in the past. Vexis is one person who can confirm that.

There's a big difference between a proxy (which is a service that fetches webpages or other resources for you and sends you a copy) and a VPN (which is a service that re-routes your internet traffic). They might be useful for similar purposes, but they are completely different in technical terms.

Hey,
I have same thing with player called: jawad123456789
He may always use the lag switcher or cheats, I have "Lost my Connection" on 23/18 games
I have "Lost my connection" on like 150 games i have played!
(And i see hen i have REALLY lost my connection)
