MEDUSA

In Greek mythology Medusa ("guardian, protectress") was a monster, a Gorgon, generally described as having the face of a hideous human female with living venomous snakes in place of hair. Gazing directly into her eyes would turn onlookers to stone. Most sources describe her as the daughter of Phorcys and Ceto, though the author Hyginus (Fabulae, 151) interposes a generation and gives Medusa another chthonic pair as parents.

Old One Eye: Cyclops, most famous from trying to kill Odysseus.

Old One Eye is indeed based on Cyclops. But anyways I'm glad they took a mythological stance this time in their shells, I took Latin for a very long time so I recognized them instantly

Wait, are you sure your right about Medusa? there was many gorgons, but only one Medusa... Cause well it was a curse on her ^_^ ya know the tale.. where she was having affairs with Poseidon and she found out ( Athena I think it was ) and then Athena cursed Medusa to be a monster and could never love another man again... Sorry big Greek mythology fan ^_^
