HELP MY PRO ACCOUNT HAS BEEN HACKED

Me and my friend have an account called MEIR786, and we got Pro on it. We got pro so him and I could make a Roulette game and that good stuff, and I am the ONLY one who uses it mainly because I am the one who got pro. Every time I get on, it says I was logged on somewhere else. My friend doesn't have the password, only I do, and either way, he doesn't use the account because he has his own. I need help on how to get rid of this scumbag that is trying to steal my account. (PS, he is also changing my skin and emblem...)

It's pretty hard, about 10 characters... and I did not boost with the account, my friend created it, I got Pro on it. He moved accounts to A_bad_egg and has left the account alone since. Plus, he's getting Pro for that account, so yeah...

Password resets are currently having some issues so we'll let you know when they're back up.
Whenever they're back you can just head to the login screen and click 'forgot password' then you'll be able to change it from the email that registered it.
Regarding multi-accounting, provided that only one of you uses the account then there's no problem, but as Gooner said, we do not support two active users for one account.

In this case, you'll have you get your friend to reset the password for you, although if he refuses there is nothing we can do as the account was set up in his name.

That account is on youtube and anyone can play on it. The password and username are there. Look up free bad eggs online 2 accounts. The first video will have that account in it.
