Change Signature?

How do I change my signature into a picture?

I have the file to the picture and I have a link to the picture...I just don't know how to insert it in.

Looks like you got it, but for anyone still wondering how - head to the user CP and click Edit Signature on the left.
For an image, use the IMG tag e.g:
[img] direct link here [/Ing] (change the n to an m)

Remember not to use a big picture or it will get cropped
