problem is not with site probably its your modem data packets not coming as they should or may be your modem is hanging
try troubleshooting your modem or contact your ISP they will send engineer to test your modem
how old is your modem?
i had the same problem, other sites were opening their flash games but not beo it was stuck at 0% loading when i checked it was modem issue
irregularities with ping & data packets.

i changed my simple modem with wifi modem about 3 months ago..
and things were better from its starting

First of all

if u use windows , sometimes sulverlight its needed to play some games so u need to have the last version

Now wat browser did u use?

If delete all history, cookies and cache dont work

iexplorer,Firefox, Opera,Mozilla, need complements and lastest version of them to play online games such Adobe flash and adobe shockwave players, also java are essential

as for chrome u need to look if u dont have 2 flash players installed, crhome have a native flash player, but sometimes on actualization's install a second player from adobe, and u cant have 2 players enables, so u need go to plugins and check , if u have both disable one, as recomendation adobe player its better than the chrome native

if u are on Mac

u need have your system up to date
ensure java is enable on safari
ensure java plugin is turned on
u need flash player and java version up to date
clear your browser cache
clear your java cache


and for last u need to check if ur sytem allow cookies , becasue BEO2 save cookies
