Logically, the rain would "wash away" the poison and make the fire in Triple-X burn with less intensity, so it makes sense to make them weaker.

Exactly, so in Rain, each of the missiles would do 6 damage instead of 12, resulting in a damage of 18.

I just imagined an acid rain one turn after the gas nade its unleashed.

More details are good, people understand it better and even more ideas are sprout from the details.

And you don't unlock the option, it would be included with Pro.

Exactly., Forgot to mention that it only happen with rain mode is enabled, otherwise, there would be not rain.
I mean, you can't have an acid rain without a rain in first place...
