Weapon Idea 1 - The Pokémon move "Tri attack"

So with all this talk about Pokémon Go and Pokémon Sun and Moon come ever closer it only make sense to do a weapon on a Pokémon move
In Pokémon there is a move called "Tri attack" Its has a chance to paralyse, Burn or freeze and has a 20% chance (6.67% each)
How would this fit into Beo2 as a weapon?
Ok, so I was thinking the weapon could do something like 15 damage and has a chance like tri attack to either burn, freeze and poison (Since you can be paralysed in the game)
What would the chance be to hit a status condition?
Well, it wouldn't be high. I'd say like the chance in Pokémon (6.67% each)
What happens if you don't get a status condition?
I thought about this and what I came up with is would be depending the amount of damage it would do E.g. it did 15 and didn't get a status condition maybe just do an extra 10 damage so it would be boosted to 25 (Only if the opponent being hit doesn't get a status condition)
So the weapon wouldn't be OP (over powered) or anything just may be a fun thing to use and see if you get lucky?
What would the weapon look like?
Nothing special, has a similar look to the bazooka but not completely the same. Unless anyone has a better idea?
Would you be able to have multiple status conditions?
I also thought about this first I said no but then I thought why not, as in the game you can give the opponent more than one status problem but you would have to be lucky
If they were to add this to the game?
If they were to add this into the game I would highly suggest making a new status problem just to make in more of a variety and make the weapon actually worth using, I thought about a chance of healing the opponent so it would make it that more intense. (But it cant have a chance to heal yourself due to the fact there is a weapon already like that) OR they could maybe add a new status

- There may be a few errors in it as I did kind of rush it (Please point them out)
